A one-day outdoor tournament, playing several matches. Share it with the team and let people claim the shared kit, so you do not arrive with four pumps and no net.

Questions people ask
- What is always forgotten at a tournament?
- Sun cream, a pump, spare laces and cash for the entry fee. Also a bin bag for the wet kit on the way home, which nobody thinks about until it is needed.
- How much water should we bring?
- Two litres per player for a day in the sun, plus a big refillable container. Assume the tap is far away and there is a queue.
- How do we split the shared kit across the team?
- Copy the list, share the link, and let each player tick what they are bringing. Anything still unticked the night before is the thing that will be missing.
