Terms

Using the app means agreeing to these. There is not much to them.

What this is

monpetitlistou is a free service for making checklists and sharing them by link, operated by the operator of monpetitlistou. There is no charge, no subscription, and no paid tier being held back from you. Signing in is optional.

Your lists are yours

You keep every right you have in what you write. By putting it here you allow us to store it and to show it to the people you share it with — which is the whole of what the service does with it. We do not use your list content to train anything, and we do not read it except when a report obliges us to look at a specific list.

What you may not put in a list

Anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else’s rights, malware, and content whose purpose is to harass or endanger a person. Share links reach real people, so a list is not a private notebook once it is shared.

Any list can be reported. We may remove a reported list from search engines, delete it, or block the device or account behind it — and we will do so where the law requires it. We are a hosting provider for what users write, not its author, and we do not review lists in advance.

Availability, and keeping your own copy

The service is provided as it is, with no promise of availability, and it can change or stop. Lists made without an account are deleted 90 days after their last change; deleted lists leave the trash after 30 days. Both are described in the privacy policy and both are enforced automatically.

So: if a list matters, keep a copy. Signed in, Export my data in settings gives you one in a single click. This is not a disclaimer dressed up as advice — the deletion clocks are real, and they are the price of a service that costs nothing.

Accounts

An account is a Google sign-in and nothing more. You are responsible for what happens through it, and you can delete it at any time from settings — which deletes the lists it owns. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or other people.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost list content, for a list someone you shared a link with changed or deleted, or for any indirect loss arising from using the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — in particular for death, personal injury, or our own fraud or gross negligence. Your rights as a consumer under mandatory law are unaffected.

Changes and applicable law

These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new version. They are governed by the law of France. Questions go to [email protected].
