Questions people ask
- How far ahead should I plan an offsite?
- Six to eight weeks for a venue and travel, and the dates in calendars sooner than that. Asking about access needs and diets early is the part people leave too late.
- How much agenda is too much?
- If there is no gap longer than thirty minutes, it is too much. The unscheduled time is not wasted — it is the reason for meeting in person.
