Questions people ask
- What does a player need for a match?
- Boots, shin pads, the right colour socks and a full kit, plus a spare top for when there is a colour clash. Shin pads are compulsory and are the usual absence.
- What goes in the team bag?
- Balls pumped, bibs, cones, water, a first aid kit, the registration cards and the match paperwork. No card, no player, whatever the referee's mood.
